<< review queue entry 35963 - submitted by 'rawrlove316' >> This can be seen as two separate words, however the entry only shows it as one word, for the word community. It can be used in sentences such as "每 一个微笑和失落 我都会陪着你一起渡过 " which is the last line of a song (牵着 你的手 by a korean singer). I'm not sure my definitions are perfectly correct, however I believe that there should be an entry for this phrase. Editor: yes these are two words. It is necessary the fact some words also happen as individual chars in texts, there is nothing a dict can do about that, that's where you have to learn Chinese. (an astonishing number of persons seem to think that having a dictionary available allows them not to go through the trouble of learning the language, and that they can go through complicated texts by checking word after word. Try it with Latin, doesn't work. Try it with Chinese, doesn't work either) If we made an entry for 都会, then we should make an entry for 都+every verb in the lexicon, because 都 is just an expressive word. |
