But this sounds more like a tax, paid on a monthly basis, than a toll, paid each time. Also, it is not related to "highways" (高速公路), which have their own tolls. 養路費 is supposed to be extinct: 根据《中华人民共和国公路法》，国家将用“燃油附加税”替代养路费，国务院决定，成品油税费改革自２００９年１月１日起实施。 Can anybody tell us if this is a fact? |
