How do we understand 有气质 in
看着很有文化哦,很有气质了
(a comment on a woman's appearance, judging from a photograph)

I think it means that she appears to "have class".
From our definition it means she "has (a) temperament" or "she has qualities"
What does it mean to "have qualities"? Everyone has qualities of some sort.
Should we say 气质 means "fine qualities"?
Or should we have a separate entry for 有气质?

Editor: It's hard to define 气质. "qualities" is not very enlightening, as you show. I propose this tentatively.
