Ex: 楼层偏矮了20公分 我体检,查出脾偏大39公分 头围偏小1.5公分会影响小孩智力发育吗？ 2) 偏 used as a verb, roughly the same as 偏离 or 偏移: "to stray", "to deviate", "to move aside" Ex: 如果嫌疑人的尖刀向内偏几公分，就可能刺到心脏 若子彈再偏個幾公分，就會打中我的頭 and in recent news: 这一震 地轴偏了10公分 the Earth axis has moved. It's certainly a verb here, and farther in the text we have: 地轴偏移近十公分 |
