Is "stylish (person)" right for 有形?

Editor: both words are often confused; by rights they should be different, as exemplified by this sentence:
身材有形了穿衣当然更有型

and this question:
怎么可使自己更有形?节食?运动?还是?
which was wrongly answered by people thinking it was 有型.
