Editor: formally incorrect but what can we do? That's why you won't find it in dicts. This way of concatenating classifier and noun to produce neologisms is productive in modern Chinese.
The difference with 花束 (and the need for the neologism) is that this is a bouquet that you keep in your hands at a ceremony, typically a wedding.
