Our current definition possibly comes from a translation of the term 恍惚, which appears in Chinese definitions of 迷茫. MoE: 景色廣闊而無法分辨方向。如：「這冰天雪地，一片迷茫。 」 神情恍惚。如：「解釋了半天，他臉上還是一副迷茫的神 情。」 jukuu 1) 一生认为捕杀猎物是天经地义的他，今天突然感到惶惑， 迷茫，怀疑起自己的行为。 2) 一天，他突然意识到，时间飞逝，他都快忘记爱是什么 了，这使他感到很沮丧迷茫，爱真的能够被遗忘吗？ |
