Deleted "achieve" as we already have "attain". Not sure about "pass through". Used "to communicate" instead of "to inform/to notify" -- based on (表达; 传告) express; communicate: 传达命令 transmit an order; 词不达意。 "The words fail to convey the idea." eminent -- as in 达官 "ranking official" Not sure about "clear" or "dignity" "realize" is ambiguous and "attain/reach" is perhaps enough for that sense. "amount to" -- as in 这家钢铁厂的年产量达 50万吨。 |
