<< review queue entry 30817 >> The word "bu" on it's own is fourth tone. Before tones 1,3 and 4, it becomes second tone. editor : @anonymous: this has been discussed several times. In pinyin we will reflect the character pinyin (unless there is a neutral tone) and the possible tone change has to be done by the reader. |
