Frankly I am very surprised to see bao4 lu4 and thought it was a mistake (I have been taught that 暴 has two pronunciations and can be used freely as an alternate to 曝) but Nciku and Baidu both have bao4 lu4, so I suppose it must the the mainland usage. Editor: no it's not a mistake. I have checked that in Tw it has both pronunciations (bao4 lu4 being the one that gets evoked first). And the pron exists in mainland though considered old. There should be smth about this in our 暴 entry |
