Web sites are no proof of anything. In fact the last one is a copy of nciku. And zdic (which is a just a copy of several paper dictionaries) contradicts itself nicely on the subject. And if you check closely nciku, the entry says zheng4 but the examples say zheng1. Morever, Taiwan sources say either zheng4 or leng4. In short, zheng is ok for everyone, zheng4 (or leng4) is mainly considered a dialect pron. |
