I found 下游, not 下遊, in the following extract from an article in Taiwan Panorama, but 游 and 遊 are not noted as being variants in CEDICT. 以一名大陸女子的偷渡行情二十萬元計，一次偷渡廿五人即有五百萬元，雖然由集團上、中、下游瓜分，利益仍相當可觀。 Should we add 下游 下游 [xia4 you2] /variant of 下遊|下游[xia4 you2]/ ? |
