Comment: It's usually an adjective, so it would be "high-grade", with a hyphen, but 超级 is *beyond* just "high-grade".

Most of the time it can translate as "super-" so that should come first, I would say (superpower, supermodel etc.)

- 超級 超级 [chao1 ji2] /transcending/high grade/super-/ultra-/
+ 超級 超级 [chao1 ji2] /super-/ultra-/hyper-/
