Not cited on other dictionaries on nciku as wet dream, only on CSCD and as a dialect.

(contemporary Standard Chinese Dictionary)

Editor: Thanks for bringing this entry up for review. It's true that nciku CSCD says 某些地区指遗精, but an editor at nciku told me some time ago that the CSCD is based largely on the FLTR database (which nciku uses under license) and FLTR's New Century says the 遗精 sense is "方". However, editor ycandau points out that "方 in Chinese sources means anything from slightly colloquial to Sichuanese and even Cantonese." Meanwhile the 遗精 sense is in the ABC dictionary without any 方言 qualification. So I don't see a compelling reason at this stage to add "(dialect)."

"to run a horse" suggests that the animal might have no rider, which I think is incorrect. However, that phrasing is probably intended to suggest that the horse is not merely trotting along. Therefore, let's add "at a fast pace." I was going to write "at a gallop" but I don't know that it's necessarily a gallop.
Diff:
- 跑馬 跑马 [pao3 ma3] /horse race/to ride a horse/to run a horse/wet dream/
# + 跑馬 跑马 [pao3 ma3] /horse race/to ride a horse/to run a horse/wet dream (dialect)/
+ 跑馬 跑马 [pao3 ma3] /horse race/to ride a horse at a fast pace/wet dream/
