Note sure about which traditional form of 苏 (no official site for Taiwan or Hong Kong), but 蘇 is more common for transliterations AND that's what shows up when searching google for "哈苏 +site:.tw". I'm also not sure about the tone on the 哈, whether it's ha1 or ha3. I don't know how to find out, either, but I think an entry with a potential error is better than no entry at all....
