<< review queue entry 27187 - submitted by 'laohu489' >> not necessarily Editor: "Moscow, capital of Russia" is a correct definition. There are only rare exceptions -- like 我们可以想到的有爱达荷同俄罗斯的莫斯科、-- which "prove the general rule." I think that dictionary users understand that names like 莫斯科, which mean only one thing 99% of the time, can (infrequently) occur as the name of less-well-known places, or perhaps as surnames etc. |
