The second definition was not intended as the the dynamic verb "to spread everywhere". It was intended as the stative verb "to be spread everywhere", synonymous with "to be found everywhere". The "to be" can be omitted from such verbs. << review queue entry 23740 - submitted by 'hongyauhwaih' >> |
