If it means both "come to Hong Kong" and "come to the harbour", but the latter is a construct, how is that a reason to exclude the former from CEDICT? What does it mean there? 香港人对外佣需求殷切,近年更出现菲佣、印佣紧绌潮。据悉,中央政策组内部正研究开放内地家佣来港的可行性,并研究订立包括年龄及工作时限等一揽子严格限制,消除坊间对由此衍生的“包二奶”、“益亲戚”等方面的忧虑。消息人士称,开放内地家佣来港,可增加香港的外来家庭佣工市场供应,以纾缓“家佣荒”,尤其在照顾长者方面,内地家佣会较只懂英语的菲佣优胜。 1997年以前,港英政府严格限制内地人来港当家庭佣工,但对东南亚国家包括菲律宾、印尼、泰国、马来西亚等的女佣却“大量放行”,当前全港约有20多万外来家庭佣工。据悉,中央政策组早前就开放内地家庭佣工到港进行研究,稍后会向保安局提交参考建议。 |
