This is a a newly emerging slang word in Taiwan which means that one's underwear is creeping up between the buttocks, thereby creating a wedge. [my own personal definition]

I can't find the above. It may be colorful, but I doubt if it is correct or usable outside Taiwanese coarse humor. One of the first places I googled said 拉链内侧一层薄而硬的PP带,防止拉链吃布 a special layer of plastic on the inside of the zip to prevent it catching on cloth.
