For example the above word can be an adjective, noun, or verb. And as you are no doubt aware some words can carry even more Parts of Speech. Having a Part of Speech category built into the definition using just small abbreviated font like adv, adj, n, mw, etc. would be very helpful for a lot of learners. Granted, it would also be a lot of work for the programmers. |
