I'll transcribe the dictionary entry here since it seems like most dictionaries don't have this character (and if they do, they only have some of the senses). 挼 《方》形 （1）（纸，布等）皱；不平展：这张纸～了。 （2）（布）快要磨破：衬衫穿了几年，都～了。 （3）（势头）衰微；（体质）衰弱：炉子里的火～了，该添快煤了|身子～，尽出虚汉。 （4）（技能）差：师傅的木匠活儿可真不～。 |
