This character is currently entered into MDBG with the following definition: "to steam in a sealed container/to feel stifled or smothered (dialect)"

I was informed by a Taiwanese friend here in Taiwan that this is incorrect. He described what I have found out is called "gratin". His comment is confirmed by a google image search of the character 焗, clearly showing gratin and NOT "steam in a sealed container".
