What Dennis proposed in the 家姐 entry... to add "my" meaning to 家, as A suggests.

Z: 家婆 - 1. 妻子;主妇。 2. 方言。谓丈夫的母亲,犹婆婆。
Z: 家爷 - 奴仆对人称自己的男主人为家爷。
