Yes, in other dialects, it is usually a 'z' sound, but that doesn't seem to be
sufficient reason to have this as an entry.

Editor: what is 'other dialects'?
Reasons to have it:
1) in the mouth of 北京人
2) occurring in all-mandarin contexts.
3) as an isolated word, likely used as a hip word:
我看看谁长得比较俊(zun)!
