Editor: both orthographies exist, the first being more frequent.
The first is in MoE only. Both are in Zdic.
Me, I find it impossible to pronounce a light tone here. I think this is copied by nciku from (the same source as) Zdic, where it is in contradiction with the zhuyin for the same word (1st tone).
That baidu article gives it a full tone too
Anyway, all this might correspond to a dialectal pronunciation; notice the lang4
