乌鸡 and 乌骨鸡 are the most common terms. In Google web and image search, 竹丝鸡 is about 3% of the combined total, and 武山鸡 ~ 0.5%. 丝羽乌 isn't a word by itself, it's really "丝羽乌骨鸡" which is arguably a construct.
