Some others: 2) Use a label if the English equivalent is a term that has another meaning in non-specialist contexts. 3) No need to use a label if the English equivalent is defined in non-specialist dictionaries such as Merriam-Webster and American Heritage. I'm going to say this tips the balance to leaving the entry as it is. Regarding this particular entry, one can at least say in its favor that it provides the transliterated forms of the names Mikhail and Prokhorov. Mikhail, at least, is quite a common Russian name, I believe, while Prokhorov is a surname shared with at least one other notable Russian, the Nobel Prize recipient Alexander Prokhorov.
