https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english-chinese-simplified/vaccinate: 给…接种疫苗
-----------------------------------

Editor:
1) I agree that the passive form (e.g. "be vaccinated" rather than "vaccinate") is correct.
Thanks for that.

2) Although 接种 does often match "be vaccinated with" rather just "be vaccinated",
a) it's not necessarily the case. Ex: ... 但許多父母都不吝讓孩子接種。
b) it's not too hard to figure out the meaning of a phrase like 接种疫苗 from its parts: "be vaccinated" + "vaccine".

3) I don't think it's necessary to mention the 給...接種 pattern. Its meaning is pretty clear from its constituent parts.
The same goes for similar phrases such as 讓...接種 (as in the example above).
Diff:
- 接種 接种 [jie1 zhong4] /to vaccinate/to inoculate/
# + 接種 接种 [jie1 zhong4] /to be vaccinated or inoculated with (a vaccine)/(給 sb or st) to vaccinate with (a vaccine)/
#
+ 接種 接种 [jie1 zhong4] /to be vaccinated/to inoculated/
