都城 only means "Seoul" in the context of Korea.
And 泡菜, as far as one can tell from your references, only refers to kimchi in the context of Korea.

泡菜 naturally means different things in different places:
德國泡菜
韓式泡菜
四川泡菜
etc.
We don't list every type in the entry for 泡菜, like this:
/pickled cabbage/kimchi/sauerkraut/Sichuan pickled cabbage/(Salvadoran) curtido/.../
