The Wiktionary page for the character has a Japanese section but no Chinese section. An editor at the JMdict/EDICT project wrote to me, "I don't know of it appearing in a 'real' name, as opposed to a couple of company names, really for showing off reasons. I can't imagine why it would be in CC-CEDICT at all. Wouldn't you need evidence that it was being used in Chinese?"
