I find plenty of examples for the first sense, like
挖出疑似凱達格蘭族的考古遺址,
When they began digging, they uncovered objects suspected of being ancient relics of the Ketagalan.

I think the 2nd and 3rd glosses ("deceptive" and "plausible but fallacious") are wrong. I don't see examples of usage where they could apply, and I don't see them in other dictionaries.
Diff:
- 疑似 疑似 [yi2 si4] /to be suspected to be/deceptive/plausible but fallacious/
+ 疑似 疑似 [yi2 si4] /to be suspected to be/
