As your link states, 萌典 is a dictionary interface app from Audrey Tang ("作者: 唐鳳"), not from MoE. 重編國語辭典修訂本 is just one of the dictionaries incorporated in it. (CC-CEDICT is another.) MoE's own interface for their dictionary is http://dict.revised.moe.edu.tw/cbdic/ |
