A** also agrees:
拜拜 báibái bye-bye; break up (with); See also bàibai
拜拜 bàibai bring hands together and bow; a worshipping festival in Taiwan; See also báibái

Editor: There's a problem in relying on any particular source for the pronunciation of 拜拜:

The two quoted sources contradict each other. Baidu says it's báibái for all senses, whereas ABC says it's bàibai for the "bow" sense. Meanwhile, other respectable sources (e.g. MoE, FLTRP) say it's bàibai for all senses.

In Chinesepod transcripts, for the "bye-bye" sense, it's variously written as bāibāi or báibái or bàibài. But if you listen to the Chinesepod voice actors they actually say báibái or bāibai or bāibāi.

Wiktionary says ~
拜拜 (traditional and simplified, Pinyin bàibài, bāibái or báibái)

Please don't copy another dictionary's definitions verbatim, especially if you also submit the name of the source for public display like this. (I have redacted the submitted comments.)

In CEDICT, verbs require "to" --- e.g. "to bring hands together ..."
